Grener discusses the Council, which represents many beings, cultures and galaxies. Its guiding principles are peace, cooperation, non-agression, non-violence and love. Earth is a member. He extends to all human beings a welcome to the Council.

He indicates that there are millions of ships here now that have come in peace to assist as equals. Those on the ships look human. They have no need of Earth’s resources, only to share their knowledge and information. They want to see how we build love to serve as a model for other universes. He talks about Ascension and the Shift. He indicates that it is time for us to acknowledge our membership in the Council and to acknowledge our brothers and sisters from the stars.

He shares that the biggest obstacle to Disclosure is from those mainly in the military and financial sectors who believe they are in power and don’t want to give up the power that they think they have. They want to keep people in fear to control people.

He indicates that the Intergalactic Council has been waiting for human beings to join together to announce Disclosure on their own, and have not wanted to intervene to avoid creating fear.  The Disclosure process is happening now.

To advance Disclosure, Steve offers a proposal to Grener to have human beings visit with members of the Council, visit ships, and possibly travel to another planet and to come back to earth to share experiences.  Grener agrees to 20 plus people to do this on Saturday, February 4, 2012.

In the transcript Grener discusses his willingness to take a group of around 20 terrestrials on board his mothership, the Neptune, this Saturday for a ten-day voyage to the stars – and back!

Graham Dewyea: Hello, and welcome to An Hour with an Angel, a weekly radio program with Linda Dillon, the channel for the Council of Love, and Steve Beckow editor of the 2012 Scenario who will be asking questions. Tonight we have special guest Grener of Ashira from Neptune, the President of the Intergalactic Council. So with that, I’ll pass it on to you, Steve.

SB: Thank you very much, Graham, and good evening, Grener.

Grener: Good evening, and thank you for this surprising and delightful invitation to speak to the people of the world.

SB: Thank you for coming. And, sir, how do I address you? Because you are the President of the Intergalactic Council, and it seems a little strange for me to be addressing you as Grener. How do I address you, please?

G: I would like it if you would call me Grener.

SB: All right.

G: I would like it if all of you would call me Grener.

SB: Okay.

G: Yes, I am President of the Intergalactic Council, and that is my honor and title for the time being. But we know that these things come and go. But I will always be Grener. Prior to being President of this Intergalactic Council I was Commander in Chief of the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies, what you think of as star fleets. And still people called me Grener. So I would be honored if you would do so, too.

SB: All right, sir. And you’re from Neptune, but Neptune in our dimension does not seem to be able to support life, as far as I’m aware. What dimension are you speaking to us from?

G: I am speaking to you – let me say I am meeting you in the fifth dimension and the seventh dimension. I am from the eleventh and twelfth dimension[s]. Now, long ago, long, long ago, there was a form of life on Neptune, and it has been one of my favorite places forever. But it is also a reference to the name of my ship, the ship on which I reside and have resided for a very long time, and that is called the Neptune.

Often you will have us, many of us, as you come to know your star brothers and sisters and different members of the Council of the Intergalactic way, you will know that we are called by the title of our ship, because it has been home. So yes, we can travel inter-dimensionally, that is not a problem. And that’s exactly what we have done, actually, to travel to Earth. So here we are.

SB: Well, thank you, sir. Am I correct in assuming that you’ve asked to address our listeners this evening, that you have something that you wish to discuss with them?

G: I want them to begin to more consciously understand what is transpiring in the bigger picture. And yes, I have a message for your listeners. Would it be agreeable to you if we were to begin with a little explanation of the Intergalactic Council? Because I do not think that this is something that all of your listeners and readers are familiar with.

SB: Please do, sir.

G: I do so because there are many parallels to this situation that is now occurring on Earth. Tens of thousands of years ago, many of you remember the intergalactic wars. And if you do not remember, then that is a gift, for it is nothing to really be fondly remembered. It was a time of great devastation, of destruction, a time when many of the situations and paradigms that became so prevalent upon your planet of Earth, of Gaia, were rife throughout many universes. The wars took its toll. And many planets, and of course everything upon them, were destroyed. And there was much mayhem and hatred, intolerance. And what probably you would think of as genocide took place.

And so the first Intergalactic Council was formed. And I would add that that is the form upon which your United Nations, and even your earlier League of Nations, was modeled after. For this is not a new concept, you know. For a long time, I would say thousands of years, the wounds of war took a long time to heal. But the fighting stopped, and the murdering stopped. The bloodshed stopped. And so what took place was the building of tolerance and understanding amongst people of different galaxies – of different universes in some cases.

And then, what started out as mere tolerance became appreciation, inter-cultural appreciation. We developed ways in which to resolve differences and to appreciate diversities without having to resort to violence. That was the primary purpose, in what we call the early years, it was that war and violence against one another would cease.

But it grew and it flourished. And yes, for this we have a great deal to thank our beloved Archangel Michael, for he was pivotal in assisting us with much of this undertaking.

[The inter-council group (barking)…. I must – take care of this dog.

SB: Take your time.

G: I do not think that dog is from Sirius.] I will be brief.

What happened with our Intergalactic Council is that it became a form of mutuality, of understanding, of cooperation, of trade, of commerce, of science, of medicine, of healing. And we came to honor and respect our differences. We grew, just the same way that everybody upon the Earth is growing and changing.

Now, 13 of your years ago, Earth was invited to take their place at the table, to take their place in full membership with the Intergalactic Council. And it marked the coming of age for Earth. And at that time what transpired is we sought amongst what you would think of as political leaders. Announcements were given, invitations were issued. But those who accepted the invitation, and the primary being who sits at this table with us, as the representative of Earth and as head of your delegation, is Wakanataka [Wakan Tanka? Note: Wakan Tanka is Lakhota for the Great Spirit or Great Mystery]. And he is a very ancient being – and notice that I do not say ‛spirit’– for he is the being that has tended those who have tended the council fire of Gaia.

And during that time of the initiation and the welcoming of your planet to this Intergalactic Council, there was also a shift of who tends this council fire of Gaia, for always it had been ancient Earth beings. Now that is not so, for some of them have joined with us, and some of our star beings – your star brothers and sisters – now tend and watch over that life flame, that council fire, the heart of Gaia. So there was a great deal of transition that took place.

Now, we do not want to give the impression that this was all done on a spiritual level. Membership in this Council has come to be seen and accepted as an honor, but also as a very real responsibility.

There were not political – what you could think of as political – leaders of that day that were prepared to step forward, to announce the membership, what you would think of as Disclosure, and to truly join in the fullness of membership in the Council, which would have meant – and will mean, by the way – the fullness of sharing, of trade, of commerce.

Now, the fleets that hover above your planet – and there are many – they are related to us, because all of these beings, all of these cultures, all of these planets, all of these galaxies have representatives upon the Council. But we do not control them or seek to control the various fleets. But the rule of cooperation throughout all of the Intergalactic Council territory, as it were, is one of peace, one of cooperation, of non-aggression, of non-violence – and of love. These are our guiding principles, and these are principles that we have learned over thousands of years to put into very practical application.

Now, you are present at the table. My brothers and sisters of Earth, you are present at this table. And there has never been truly an official welcome. So that is the first thing I would like to do tonight, is to welcome each and every one of you. Yes, you are citizens of Earth, you are children of Gaia, but you are also our brothers and sisters of love. And we have positioned ourselves close to you to participate, to help, to assist – no, not as foreign aid, but as equals. As equals.

And this is the thing that so many upon the planet, and particularly those in political situations that are so anxious to maintain power, they do not fully realize, not only do we come in peace, we come and ask to be treated as equals. We have no designs – and I will speak on behalf of the fleets as well in this matter. We have no need of your resources. We do not need your bounty, we do not need your food, we do not need your water, we do not need your minerals, we do not need or seek to take anything that is on Earth. And we most certainly do not wish to ever impose our will, our beliefs, or our views upon the collective. But what we do wish to do is to share our views, to share our knowledge.

Now, we have done that through this Council and through your participation – because you have not been absent, you were fully represented – and we have had agreement, what you sometimes think of as [plants?], and we have begun to share intergalactic and galactic star knowledge in your information systems, in your technology, in what you think of as medicine and healing, in your culture and your music, in the very sounds that your ears are able to perceive.

But it is time. That is why I come tonight. That is why I have been nudging, hither and yon. We respectfully request for all Earthlings, for all human beings, for all brothers and sisters of Gaia to acknowledge their membership in this Council and to acknowledge us, your brothers and sisters of the stars. You are in a very rapid time-frame, and you are hearing that from one who is ancient, one who thinks in terms of thousands of years. And we know – we listen in to your broadcasts as well, you know, and so we know – this broad discussion around time and dates. We are not asking for a date. What we are asking is in this day and in this time for each of you to acknowledge not just our presence but your presence with us, that we may move your participation in this Council, in this Intergalactic Council, to the next level.

It was never intended that you be a junior partner. We don’t have junior partners. We are anxious to help. We know about Ascension and we know about shift. But what we are really good at is love. And that is what we desire to share with you. And we cannot understand why one would say no.

If you have suspicions and fears, we will talk about them, and we will resolve them – with mediation, with communication, and with open hearts. We did not just travel all this way; we did not position and bring the Council, even, all this way, to simply be observers. We have been observers of what has been transpiring upon your planet for a very long time. And we held the planet herself, Gaia, in a bubble of pink for many, many decades, so as the axis and your polar caps wanted to shift, they were held intact. When oceans wanted to split aside, they were held intact.

But that has even been removed, because you have graduated. You have assumed responsibility for yourselves and for your beloved planet. But why would you wish to sit alone? You are one, and you are part of a magnificent galaxy, but there is so much more. So it is time for each of you to begin Disclosure.

Yes, go ahead, Steve.

SB: You have brought up many [things or themes?] which I’ve been wanting to address with you. We humans are also eager for disclosure, and we’re eager to meet with you. And so I have a request to make of you. I’m not sure if you already know my request, or know that I’ve been planning to make a request of you. Have you been aware of that?

G: I know that you have been thinking very diligently about how this opportunity of union can come together. And I am with you in this.

SB: Thank you. Oh, very good. Well, here is my request.

The governments are dragging their feet on Disclosure, and oftentimes we individuals think, well, there’s nothing we can do. But there is in fact something we can do.

We ask you to receive 20 of us, to take us aboard your mothership, to introduce us to the council and to Ashtar and other of your officers, perhaps even to take us on a trip to Sirius or the Pleiades or Neptune or Arcturus, and then return us to Earth so that we can spearhead Disclosure. Would you accept that proposal?

G: Yes. Yes, I do, on behalf of the entire Intergalactic Council, and yes, I do so on behalf of the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies, and that would include the Ashtar Command.

SB: Thank you.

G: We have already thought about who we would like, because many of you have already been, consciously and un-, aboard our ships our fleets. But it would be most appropriate that you would visit the mothership. And I would suggest to you that the Neptune is a beautiful – a beautiful ship. And what we would also suggest, that 20 would be a minimum. But yes, we will…we will…I will help you, my staff will help you coordinate this.

SB: All right. Thank you. I – we – no sooner discussed this than 20 people cam forward immediately. I’d be most happy to have more join us. Now, I’m sure you know that we have discussed various arrangements, we’ve discussed Disclosure and the Abundance Program and what have you, and we’ve dealt a lot with the word ‛soon’, and I think most people are a little wary of making arrangements that could happen ‛soon’. Could we please have a definite date from you where we could begin this journey, so that we can plan?

G: We can do this in your parlance – because we are always on high alert, you know – we can do this basically right away. We will touch the humans that we know are – and we will let you know who they are – who are the best positioned. So what I mean by that is that we are going to ask those who would not have any hesitation upon return of sitting with the media and creating a credible presence. And so, yes, we will begin this right away. So when we say ‛right away’, it does not need to be translated. We can begin this within this week.

SB: All right. And for the benefit of the people who may be involved – I’ve already spoken to 20 people of the, so 20 from the total – could we say that the trip will commence on Saturday?

G: Saturday is a good….

SB: Saturday is a good day? All right. So we will then prepare for that, and we’ll assume that you will include other people…

G: Yes, and make sure that families are left so that they do not fear the fact that their beloved ones have disappeared.

SB: All right.

G: They’ve just taken a holiday, a brief holiday.

SB: Indeed. And I think that will be the best contribution to Disclosure that we, as human beings, could possibly make.

G: You know, we did something very similar long ago.

SB: The Italian…?

G: We would take [ ? ] to different quadrants, and particularly quadrants that had been war torn. And once they had the experience it changed them permanently, and they became the strongest advocates for peace and cooperation. So do not be surprised when you see Michael leading the way.

SB: I’ll be happy to see Michael.

G: Yes. He is always happy to see you.

SB: Thank you. Here’s a question – I wanted to discuss this with you right off the bat so that we wouldn’t run out of time. Perhaps I could now turn to a question, and that is that our good friend Adamu of the Pleiadean Monad has said that Disclosure will not happen until after Ascension, and that the service-to-other forces here are not able to make Disclosure happen. Is that a correct estimation?

G: No. No, it is not completely correct. Do not forget that there are now millions of beings that are ascending. So it is best put that it could not happen perhaps until the Ascension doorway was open, but that doorway is open. And so is ours.

SB: So the … so the message that we’ve been hearing from Archangel Michael and Sanat Kumara and others that Ascension will happen – here’s this dreaded word – ‛soon’ is more accurate than the message that it won’t happen until after Ascension. Is that correct?

G: That is correct. .

SB: All right, that’s …

G: It is already underway.

SB: That’s very good.

G: Otherwise I would not be sitting here, delightful as it is, I would not be sitting here having this delightful conversation with you.

SB: Absolutely. What obstacles are we encountering at the present time to Disclosure?

G: The biggest obstacle – and it is one that I have tried to address in my opening comments to everybody, and I would like this message to go far and wide – is that we do not have an aggressive agenda. Now, you know – and Michael referred also last week to some of the, umm, behind-the-scenes adjustments that have been taking place with regards to, umm, military armaments. Now, let us back up even further. And by the way, there have always been observers from your National Security Council as part of the Earth delegation. So it is not that they are not aware of what is going on, and fully involved as well.

There are sectors of your society that are entrenched in the belief of their power. And that power, and how they have manipulated thought patterns and emotional patterns, has been through fear. So this best example is if you would go back to the cold war where there was such friction and such fear that a nuclear warhead would be dropped on your schoolhouse if certain things were not adhered to. And this was a game that was very popular, and many, many participated in.

Now, those who have had that kind of power – and sometimes it is military, sometimes it is financial, those are the two biggest obstacles – and they do not want to give [up] what they think they still have. Now, the irony in this is that they think they have it. And because they think they have it, they are also able to dupe others into thinking they have it. That is not really the case.

Now, I have no desire to create fear or threatening situations, because what happens – and it does not matter whether it was in [Zerais?] or on Earth – people become reactive, defensive. So that is the last thing we want to do.

But those in power cling. And now you can say – you have an expression, holding on by their nails, or the skin of their teeth, and that is exactly what is going on. And that is why we are pushing the envelope. You think that you – and I know, dear brother, that you – are anxious, excited, and want this opening. But so do we. We want to help, we want to observe, we want to see what you build that looks like love.

Yes, there are dimensional shifts and paradigm shifts, but what we really want to witness and to participate where we are welcome, is to see how do you build with love. Because this is a model. This will be changing many universes. So the obstacles, the biggest obstacles are simply those – and it is a human obstacle – that are clinging to false illusions of their own power, or the power of their nation, a misplaced belief that there are boogie men behind every bush, and that they must defend to the death. That is a very outmoded and outdated way to live. And more importantly, it is not even a nice way to live. It is not a joyous way to live.

That lack of joy, the heaviness of those belief systems, is what has abbreviated human life spans. You were not constructed just to last several decades! So these obstacles can be blown away like dust, and they can be blown away by the sharing of concrete evidence, yes, but also by the anchoring of understanding.

SB: All right, thank you. Just before continuing with questions – I don’t want to run out of time and forget to ask you these very short questions – how long will people be away for? How many days would you estimate?

G: Don’t forget we travel very fast!

SB: I actually am aware of that. [laugh]

G: Now, we will [ ? ] so that there is an accommodation, because there are some physical considerations that need to be taken into account. But no, you will not get space travel illness. That will be taken care of. We have taken care of that a long, long time ago. You can anticipate being gone about ten days.

SB: Ten days? All right. And what do they need to take with them?

G: Their toothbrush. That is a joke. [laugh]

SB: [laugh] What – what else?

G: They do not need to take much. And the pick-up will be rather rapid. So understand that as well. Take what is meaningful to them. So even though you know that we have communication tools, bring your own. Yes, they will work onboard, whether it is a journal or an Ipad or a camera. But also bring those things that will bring you comfort, because you will be in an alien environment. Now, the ship is very comfortable, let me reassure you. But you will be in a very different environment. It will be amazing. It will be phenomenal. But it will be alien. So bring what comforts you. And if that is your flannel pajamas, do that; if it is your teddy bear or your rosary, do that. Bring what comforts you, and bring pictures of your family.

SB: All right. Do we need to bring 10 days’ worth of dress, or … how?

G: No, we have ways of cleaning as you walk through a door.

SB: Okay, that’s very good. And how should we dress – informally, or more formally?

G: We … the … what you will find on board ship is that we tend to stay in uniform, but when we are off duty, they tend to be very casual. It is about comfort, so there can be no suits, no ties. Bring a sweatshirt, bring comfortable clothes, and bring what you call running shoes.

SB: You’re describing my favorite outfit, so that’s fine with me. And how shall I convey the names to you of the twenty or slightly more, because I predict that I’m going to get some call probably this evening from a few people, how do I convey the names to you?

G: How public do you want this? I do not want their houses or their homes to be harassed. Send them to Linda.

SB: Send them to Linda? What arrangement would you like us to make? Or – we won’t be talking to you before next week.

G: Yes, you will be.

SB: How’s that, Grener?

G: You will be talking with us. But, yes, –

SB: Okay.

G: When you make the arrangements, do not worry about people being picked up. As long as they feel that they are ready for – transmittal, on the Saturday, that is what we will plan on.

SB: All right. Okay, that …

G: So the gathering of our guests will take place on Saturday.

SB: All right. And I’m presuming that you have all that in hand. We don’t have to worry about the details.

G: We have the ability, we have limousine service. They are called space bicycles.

SB: Okay. Gee! What form do they take? Are they like small ships?

G: Yes, that is correct.

SB: Okay. Well, this is very exciting. This is very, very exciting. All right, I – so, we have about 10 minutes, 15 minutes left to go, and perhaps I can ask you some questions that listeners have sent in, if that’s okay?

G: I would be honored.

SB: All right. First of all, has the divine deadline for Disclosure itself passed?

Oh, yes. It passed quite a while ago.

SB: So it didn’t automatically mean that you would disclose. So what is the meaning of divine [deadline], given that it’s past? What did the passing result in?

G: It’s resulted in us formulating a plan where we would be able to bring forward what we thought the human beings would do on their own. So you’re witnessing part of that tonight. What it did was to bring into place a different, perhaps a more assertive, injection of energy to ensure that this came to pass.

We don’t really care about politicians, because it is not politicians that sit at our Council table. Or it is not politicians of the ilk of how you think of politicians. We don’t care so much, and the Divine doesn’t care if the politicians announce what is already known far and wide. What we have cared about has been that they, in fact, would create fear-mongering, so that it would go the other way. So that if Disclosure was made, they would say, “These are our enemies, and we must active our military forces to combat those who would come to rule us.”

Now, ideally, yes, we wanted those who we respect as the head, the elected officials of different countries – your G-20 – to come forward and say, “We have a magnificent announcement to make,” and it would have been done in a very unified setting. But this underlying power, this desire to maintain power with missile silos and monetary control got in the way.

But the Divine has a way of helping us always. They always have defined different ways. As long as it does not create fear. Because we come in love. That is the promise that we have made, not only to the Trinity, but to ourselves. That is our pledge, that we operate under.

SB: All right. Thank you –

G: There are many species, many galaxies, but our pledge is unified.

SB: That leads me into the next question. Rather than ask them singly I’m going to read them out to you, and you can answer them collectively.

Some listeners want to know how many ships are around the Earth presently, why they can’t be seen. Are they all manned by galactic humans? And why is the Ascension of so much interest to others?

G: Well, at any given time – I do not want to overwhelm you, but – there are levels, layers of ships. You cannot see them all, but you see many of them in your night sky. There are – when you compile the what we would call motherships with the science ships, the healing ships, the small explorer ships, what you think of as space bicycles – oh, we have millions of ships. Now, over, right directly over? Within reaching distance? We would have about, oh, 16,000.

We are in constant rotation, while there are some that have never come too close. They are manned by what you think of as humans, galactic humans. I myself am Hussian [sp?], but I appear as human. We all appear as human. And certainly for the time being –

SB: What does Hussian…? What does Hussian mean, Grener? What do you –

G: Hussian is an ancient race. It is an ancient race. You are familiar with it, you just do not know it. We look, we have a tendency to look – although in human form, humanoid form, very catlike.

SB: Such as the –

G: As the Hathor.

SB: As the Hathor? All right. Thank you.

G: So, there are many of us. And yes, we will all look familiar. Now, those of you who come to visit with us will have options to see many different kinds of allies. But most of us appear very human. You’re a little taller, perhaps a little broader. But not significantly different.

SB: Will we be permitted to tape-record and take photos?

G: Yes.

SB: And should we purchase tape-recorders and cameras, or do you have equipment on board that –

G: Oh, we have lots of equipment that we can loan you, and give you, actually. Then you can bring the equipment back too, and that will give them something to look at it, will it not?

SB: Oh, yes. Indeed it will. And would it be compatible with our equipment here?

G: Yes. We can do those adjustments. We have no problem doing that.

SB: By thought?

G: No, by technology. We will give you what you think of as adapters.

SB: All right. Will we on the third dimension, the fifth dimension, seventh dimension, eleventh dimension?

G: You will not go the eleventh dimension. We will not go – it is very unlikely that we will go beyond the seventh. But it will also feel and you will have an experience, a physical third dimensional experience, but it will shift and you will know what it is like to be in the fifth or the seventh. Or the sixth, for that matter.

SB: Now one of our team members has said that we would need to take a pill, and I know from my readings of the astral planes that if a person travelled higher they were put in a protective covering, etcetera. Is there some procedure such as that that would be taken to allow us to be on the fifth or sixth or seventh dimension?

G: What we do is we place you in the – first we attune you in the healing chambers, and we make sure that everything is in alignment so that you would not be suffering any physical effects. You would feel that you are a little, at times, light headed. But we can adjust that as well.

SB: All right. Is there anything that I –

G: In the direction that you need.

SB: I’m sorry?

G: We have no desire for any of you to experience a moment of illness.

SB: All right. Thank you. Is there anything that I haven’t asked you that the people who go on this trip should know?

G: Yes. Because I have seen it in my own forces, as I said. I used to be the commander. Now, when you are about to embark on a mission, whether it is a day, an hour, or a thousand years, you get nervous. You get a little antsy and maybe even a teensy bit frightened. Just breathe. We would never, ever do anything that would place you, or any of you, at risk. This is a joy ride. Quite literally. This is something we haven’t done in thousands of years! [laughs]

SB: And just for our listeners, when you say breathe, breathing actually breaks up fear patterns, right, by expanding the chest?

G: Yes.

SB: Is that why you tell us to breathe?

G: Keep breathing. And we always like the [halyon? halion?], the midnight blue and gold. If you are frightened, ask Michael to come with you. He will.

SB: Wonderful. Thank you, Grener. We’re looking forward to our trip with a great deal of anticipation. Thank you for coming here today and addressing us.

G: Thank you for having me. Farewell.

SB: Farewell.

The reason that many of the top Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate crooks have not been arrested yet is that the old system needs to be kept going with string and wire and duct-tape until final preparations for a radically new system are completed. For example, an Asian proposal now being negotiated calls for 10 million yen or about US$125,000 to be budgeted for each and every individual human being on earth. The Pentagon is also making similar radical proposals for a complete change of how humans interact with each other and with nature. The big conclusion being reached at the highest level is that the old financial system in the West was an illusion used by a secret cabal to keep us enslaved. We are now about to become truly free in ways that will exceed most people’s most optimistic expectations. However, there will be some hard work at first before this becomes true.

The proposal being forwarded by the White Dragon Society to Asian clan elders is for the creation of a new, meritocratically staffed organization to be set up near Tenri City, South of Osaka. The name now being proposed for this organization is “Long-term Investments For Everyone,” or LIFE, for short.

The negotiations towards unifying the Korean Peninsula with Japan and moving the capital of this new entity to the same region are also proceeding smoothly. We can confirm that Japanese “kidnap victim” Megumi Yokota is the mother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Kim has agreed to accept the union of the Northern dynasty with the Southern one in the region in exchange for a ceremonial post. Perhaps he can become the symbol of unity and have his own palace and staff.

The initial funding for LIFE, to be backed by Gold returned to Asia from the West as well as by other historical assets, can be set at 7000 trillion yen or, as mentioned above, about $125,000 per human. The money will be delivered in the form of development services such as canals, sewer systems, desalination plants, nature preserves, fish farms etc. People working for LIFE will receive generous salaries and be subject to draconian penalties for corruption.

LIFE will not be the only major organization working on planning for the future of the species according to White Dragon Society proposals.

The British Commonwealth, with its 1.8 billion members, will want their own independently financed development and future planning organization built according to commonwealth consensus. It will probably have to be initially headed by someone from India in order to make up for past British racism. Indian and other historical gold assets as well as commonwealth real estate will back their funding.

The Catholic Church and Vatican Bank will also want to have a Christian planning agency controlled by actual Christians for their 1.2 billion members once the Satanists are purged from the Vatican bank.

Similar independent groups such as the Chinese, the Muslims, the Africans and the first nations will also be able to plan for their own independent futures.

In addition, the United Nations will have to be radically restructured in order to make it truly representative of the human race and not be an instrument of Western imperialism as it is today.

Studies by the pentagon, anthropological research and corporate governance research all conclude that the most effective decision making bodies number between 6-9 people. This is the size of the traditional human family during hunter gatherer times. The most natural division for humanity along cultural and historical lines suggests a new council of elders be put at the heart of the United Nations Security Council.

The White Dragon suggestion is for a representative to be selected by each of the following groups: Africa, China, East Asia (excluding China), India, North and South America, Europe including Russia, the Islamic world and first nations.

This 8 person grouping would only function as an emergency consultative council to deal with issues affecting all humans. It would operate according to majority rule. Each region would have a veto but that veto would be restricted to that region only.

Sovereign nation states would continue to exist as before unless voluntary agreements to merge were reached between countries.

The Pentagon, for its part, has reached an agreement to merge with the Chinese and Russian Military to form a global peace keeping force, according to a high ranking agency source.

There has also been an agreement to break up many of the large corporations controlled by the Khazarian Satanic Cabal. Microsoft was specifically mentioned as a company that was about to go Kaput. The major corporate media corporations will also be broken up. Many other top 100 corporations will be broken up into as many as 20 smaller units, according to this source.

The cabalists in charge of the G5 countries are also going to be excluded from the new financial system. If necessary the Pentagon will round up both the Illuminati and the Nazis, in order to make sure they cause no more trouble.

In the US there is also going to be a detailed study of what happened over the past 100 years since the Federal Reserve Board took over and a lot of stolen funds are going to be returned to their rightful owners.

A lot of billionaires will soon be out on the street pan-handling if they are found to have been living on stolen funds. A lot of poor people will suddenly be able to live in their own, mortgage free homes.

Needless to say, revamping how we run the planet is not an easy job. There is a lot of nitty gritty to be taken care of before anything public is announced. We also need to be on extreme alert for any last minute Satanic terror attacks aimed at trying to prevent the freeing of the sheeple.

The Year of the Dragon officially starts today in the lunar calendar and the battle over control of the global financial system and therefore the future of the planet Earth is proceeding well for the White Dragon Society and its allies. In Asia, the regime change in North Korea has now resulted in concrete dialogue over reunification of the Korean peninsula and possibly even a union between a united Korea and Japan. The capital being considered for this planned entity is around Nara and Tenri City, South of Osaka. In the West, Interpol is steadily squeezing criminals like George Soros and Senator J. Rockefeller and something big may happen before the key January 31st accounts settling date.

The situation in Asia is the more interesting one for the time being. As usual, there is lots of contradictory information coming from well-placed sources so some caution is needed. First of all, Chodoin Daikaku, the head of the worldwide martial arts associations claims that reports given to this writer by Japanese security police sources saying Kim Jong Il had been killed 2 years ago and replaced with a double were wrong. It is true, he says, that he was hit with a stroke two years ago that left one arm partially paralyzed but he was alive, according to Chodoin, who is confident enough to come out as a named source, something rare when reporting on secret society activities.

Meanwhile, the news about Korean unification and a possible Korean/Japanese merger is coming from various sources including Korean royal family members, Japanese public security police, mainland Chinese intelligence officers and senior North Korean agents in Japan.

The story that emerges is that two rival Korean royal houses, the Southern and Northern dynasties, have been struggling over control of both Japan and the Korean peninsula for hundreds of years. The Southern dynasty includes the current Japanese emperor and the secret rulers of South Korea. The Northern dynasty controls North Korea, Northern Japan and Okinawa and has powerful influence in mainland China.

The Southern dynasty has been the one pushing for a unification of Western Japan and South Korea with a new capital city in Osaka and is allied with the British Royal Family. The Northern group was working with the Nazis and the New World Order faction of George Bush Sr. and the Gnostics.

It is interesting to note that the Japanese imperial navy during World War 2 was allied with the Southern dynasty and the house of Windsor during WW2 even as the Japanese army in China was allied with the Northern regime and the Nazis. It was in fact remnants of the Japanese imperial army that set up the North Korean regime in cooperation with the gnostic Nazi Odessa group.

According to the information collated, the Northern faction is suing for peace and will settle for some sort of symbolic and ceremonial role for North Korea’s Kim Jong Un in a unified state. A Southern faction royal family member was open to this and informal negotiations could start within a couple of weeks. The end result may be a giant new global financial center being set up in the general vicinity of the ancient capital of Nara, South of Osaka.

There are also reports coming in of many pamphlets denouncing Kim Jong Un being distributed in the Northern half of North Korea, indicating Chinese dissatisfaction with these developments.

There is also more evidence coming out that the March 11, 2011 Tsunami and nuclear crisis in Japan was man-made. A member of a 15 person team from the Japanese self-defense forces has come forth and testified about the attacks. He says that he and his colleagues were fooled into placing multiple nuclear pulse weapons in the seabed by being told it was some sort of test. After the tsunami attack the other 14 members of his team were killed. Pastor Poulo Izumi of the Tachikawa Church in Tokyo was part of the Christian group that initially sheltered him and has published his testimony.

The White Dragon Society also has evidence linking J. Rockefeller, Peter Hans Kolvenbach of the Jesuits and a North Korean agent by the name of Ichiro Ozawa with the tsunami and nuclear crisis.

For example, on March 9th US Deputy Secretary of State Curt Campbell offered Fukushima rights to Zeolite, a substance used to clean up radioactive waste, to Japanese power broker Ozawa Ichiro. Then the stock price of Higashi Nihon House, a maker of discount housing in Northern Japan, rose 40% on March 10th, 2011, one day before the tsunami. The Israeli Security Company Magna BSP has been linked to sabotage activity involving explosives and mini-nukes at the Fukushima Nuclear plant on the day of the Tsunami.

Kolvenbach himself later bragged on the phone that he was the mastermind behind the Tsunami and nuclear attack on Japan. Campbell was recording as saying he was representing J. Rockefeller. These mass-murderers now have nowhere on this planet where they can hide in safety for very long.

In any case, the plan backfired because instead of intimidating Japan into surrender, it led to a purge of Satanist lackeys in Japan and in the Korean peninsula.

In the Middle-East, meanwhile, signs of the takedown of the Satanic cabal continue to proliferate. The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, for example, announced they were shifting their oil exports away from the US and the dollar and towards China and the Renminbi. The UAE also announced it would be developing alternative energy sources to help shift its economy away from oil dependency.

It is worth noting the Satanists think they are descended from King David, which is why they call the star on the Israeli flag the Star of David even though it represents their god Lucifer. The symbol of the real Jews is the Menora and they worship Yahweh, the creator.

In the West too, signs of the crumbling of the cabal are appearing everywhere. Greece, for example, told the EU to buzz off and said they were not going to pay any money to Goldman Sachs and their political lackeys.
Interpol, for its part, has frozen huge funds linked to George Soros in Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

In the US, Assistant Attorney General of the United States Lanny Breuer is ready to go public and demand that criminal U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder resign immediately.

The Monaco group of 127 nations is also actively going ahead with efforts to freeze the Satanists money. It is still unlikely there will be any public announcements for a while yet until the ongoing international criminal investigations are complete.

Trust in us and God that events are going to proceed as promised, and do not worry as to the timing as it will occur in a way that is exactly correct for the desired outcome. Also be assured that the end times will work out as planned, and that responsibility is ours and everything is totally prepared.

There is no need to be concerned about your individual role and what will happen to you, as each of you will experience precisely what you have planned. Some of you have elected to leave the Earth early, and others will see the final year through to the end. Either way it will have been your choice, and all will ultimately leave the old Earth as you presently know it.

To ride out any rough patches of experience simply keep your mind and focus on Ascension, because as the year progresses and the higher vibrations are dominant peace will descend upon Earth. Already there are noticeable changes in the mass consciousness levels that can be registered by us, and more souls than ever are being lifted up.

The awakening is accelerating and will touch all souls before the final days of this cycle. Whether all respond is their choice, but not one soul will leave this Earth without having understood the opportunity of ascending. It clearly will not appeal to everyone, as some souls would feel out of place in the higher dimensions.

Meantime the Lightworkers proceed with their individual tasks creating the groundwork necessary for events to unfold. As one who is aware your best contribution is to share your Light with all others, and to do so quite freely. Mentally spread your Light far and wide and if you like to give healing, picture in your mind’s eye those areas on Earth where it is most needed.

The Middle East continues to cause concern, as the negative energies are deep rooted as the result of centuries of warfare. Our brief is to ensure that problems do not escalate or bring about war, and we shall prevent one breaking out. The dark Ones would naturally like to exploit any such situation, but reckon without the Galactic Federation. We know their plans and are therefore able to control what takes place, and we have already shown them what we can do.

It is worth mentioning that our Motherships are what you might call airborne cities and able to remain stationed over your Earth for extremely long periods. They contain absolutely everything needed to exist normally, and it is an enjoyable and satisfying existence. We have bases upon Earth, and also our allies who are of the Inner Earth and will eventually emerge to meet you again.

There are also bases on the sea bed, some of which have operated for thousands of years. They have allowed us great seclusion and privacy away from prying eyes, by being sited out of reach of your submarines and robotic searchers. Some bases are extremely large and self supporting, and can house hundreds of personnel.

Some of our bases are deep within Mountains and quite safe from your probing. The entrances are not visible and that keeps out the curious. They were more active in past times when we met and helped local inhabitants, and such meetings have been recorded by them. So you see, Dear Ones, that whilst there are people pressing for disclosure, someone intent on finding the evidence of our visits to Earth would not have difficulty in doing so.

Regrettably, as evidence has been found it has largely been ignored or hidden away because it did not fit in with the accepted version of your past. All of this will eventually change, and the truth will be given to you supported by ample evidence. In past times those who have voiced the truth have been persecuted or ostracized and often put to death for their beliefs.

Can you begin to see how false your reality has been, and how it was created to make you ignorant of your sovereignty and totally reliant on those who have enslaved you. Life could have been so different had it not fallen from grace in Atlantean times, when it did enjoy times of great spirituality and understanding. Nearly all you have spent lives in that particular period, and you still carry memories of it deep in your subconsciousness.

You even go further back to some civilizations that are just names in ancient history. Remember that you are just completing a Solar Cycle of approximately 26,500 years, and you have been in and out of it so many times choosing where and when to further your experience. We could take you back further when some of you lived on other planets, just to indicate that you are very old souls.

This particular life you are in, is the culmination of many previous ones and is quite unique and so important to your evolution. No wonder so many souls wanted to go through this cycle, as it offered a great step forward and opportunity to leave the cycle of rebirth. It has been a long and mostly tedious journey but like all experiences is easily put behind you once it is over.

One of your greatest assets has been your strength to overcome the most severe hardships and setbacks. Those experiences will carry you forward and serve you well when faced with similar challenges. Your services will be in demand by those who have yet to experience what you have.

The life ahead is going to be wonderfully satisfying, and very rewarding. Your hard work and dedication to your spiritual growth will have ensured your upliftment into the higher dimensions. It is your real home and as nice as some experiences on Earth can be, they will not compare to the absolute happiness and bliss that you will experience.

True freedom is not really something you have yet enjoyed, but when you take up your place as a Galactic Being everything will lie before you. Words cannot express how wonderful you will feel and the beauty and love that will surround you. All is in harmony and balance unlike your experiences in duality.

The negotiations on a new financial system for the planet are proceeding well but due to the complexity of the situation, it will take time before any public announcements are possible, according to sources close to the negotiations.

The current owners of the Federal Reserve Board System and the Washington D.C. corporate government are hoping to offer enough reforms that they can stay in power. Their money has been frozen, though, by a group that would rather see them all put in jail.

The final solution to the problem will need to involve an audit of the real world and the removal of all fraudulent funds from the system. It will also involve a massive redistribution of wealth, meaning that the American people and other worldwide victims of the cabal will get their stolen funds returned to them.

The owners of the Washington D.C. Corporation have already decided on Mitt Romney as the new President of the United States. They have been rigging opinion polls and primary results to make sure their decision is enforced. The corporate media propaganda machine is also in on the decision. The Asian creditors to the Western nations do not interfere in the politics of other countries so they will take no stand on this issue. They say this is an internal matter for the American people to resolve on their own.

The future of the U.S. dollar is also now being debated. The current proposal being put forward by White Dragon Foundation representatives is that the United States government will need to issue Treasury dollars controlled by the elected representatives of the United States Government.

These new treasury dollars will have to be separated from the international dollars now in circulation and devalued. The reason for this is that 90% of the dollars ever created are not owned by Americans. The interests of those dollar holders and the interests of the American economy are not the same. They do not want those dollars, which they use to trade with each other, to lose half their value.

If the Americans insist on continuing to use international dollars as their currency, then they will have to wait until US wages fall to Chinese levels before the US economy will once again become competitive. Until that time, the Chinese will take increasing ownership of the United States.

If the US does issue treasury dollars and devalues them by about 50% this is what will happen: First of all, all that Chinese stuff in Wall-Mart will double in price overnight. That is the tough part. The good part is that there will be a huge investment boom in the United States because the US will once again be a competitive exporter. Americans will also start buying more made in America products, creating real jobs and real wealth for the American people. There will also be lots and lots of free spending foreign tourists flooding in, also creating real jobs for real Americans.

There will also have to be a one-time write-off of most of the US debt to the rest of the world. The Americans are hoping to accomplish this by delivering physical gold they control in various locations.

For the United States to get rid of its structural trade deficit, however, the military-industrial complex will have to stop relying of foreigners to finance it. That means retooling it from a machine dedicated to invasion and pillage into something constructive, defensive and welcomed by the peoples of the planet as a beneficial institution.

For example, the White Dragon Foundation is proposing that the Japanese people continue to finance the US 7th fleet and turn it into an institution dedicated to exploring and enhancing the Ocean’s eco-systems.

They would dedicate themselves to going where no man has gone before a la Starship Enterprise. Fighting pirates and stuff like that would be a side job.

There is also going to have to be very thorough disclosure through a South African style truth and reconciliation committee. The pharmaceutical industry, for example, will have to come clean about how they were creating and spreading disease and infertility drugs as a part of a depopulation agenda on the part of the cabal. The petroleum industry will have to admit they have retarded human progress by 100 years by suppressing new energy technology.

The pharmaceutical industry can then change its business model from one that profits from disease and death into one that makes its money by increasing health, longevity and by creating new drugs to enhance human ability and enjoyment of life. The petroleum industry will be able to capitalize on its ability to carry out giant infrastructure projects to do things like turn the deserts green and create tropical year round resorts around Northern Canadian lakes.

The military industrial complex will also have to come clean about all the secret projects they have been carrying out. This will mean opening area 51 and other secret bases to public tours for American citizens.

Most of all it will mean releasing in a safe and responsible manner most of the 6000 or so patents that have been suppressed for “national security reasons.” A new era will begin.

You have a saying that “there is no fool like an old fool” and that could be applied to the Illuminati because they are of the older generations. They have gone way beyond the time period given them to step down, and allow Humanity the chance to claim what is due to them and has been denied you for thousands of years.

The Spiritual Hierarchy have offered them a way out that would guarantee their safety, so that they could be held in secure surroundings until they were called to account for their crimes against you. We simply want them out of the way so that the path to Ascension can be opened up and in doing so, know that it will go ahead without interference.

Delaying tactics are not going to get them anywhere, as the Divine date for a leap forward looms nearer which will authorize us to use whatever methods we wish, to reign in the dark Ones. Their supporters carry little power but are spread far and wide and it is mainly of a nuisance value. They too are getting disenchanted with their responsibilities, as the golden egg will not be found in their nest and they will find that they will get little reward for what they have done for them.

Our approach and that of our allies has almost disembodied the power structure that has held the dark Ones together. They counter more opposition as people are rapidly awakening as to how they have been hoodwinked, and tricked into believing that steps taken in their name were for their benefit. In fact, the dark Ones have never worked for anyone but themselves to achieve their aim of world domination.

They caused the destruction of two great civilizations and were so very close to adding yours to the list. It is now too late for them to alter their plans, plus our presence has limited their actions to ensure their failure. So Dear Ones, whatever you hear or read about vague threats from them, realize that they have had much taken away from them. Their roar may be frightening, but in reality they are more like the toothless tiger.

We have the answers to the world’s problems, but cannot thrust them upon you but we will be subtle and put ideas out so that you can find them yourselves. Indeed, some are known and openly discussed but it takes a lot of persuasion to go ahead. Humans have a natural propensity to hold onto what they have, and it takes time to convince them the merits of something different.

For example the benefits of NESARA have been known for many years, but it has taken a long campaign to place it in front of those who could have sufficient influence to make it become a reality. Clearly debt forgiveness is the only answer to get out of the hole that many countries have fallen into, and have no realistic chance of getting out of by repaying their loans.

Who will be brave enough to put that suggestion forward? Well, look around and you will find that one presidential candidate has mentioned it. Clearly there will be great opposition to it by those with vested interest in keeping the status quo, and their hands upon their wealth. You will find that once there are new governments and the old guard can no longer carry any authority, many benefits will start coming along. There are naturally priorities but even so there will be no undue delay once as you might say “the coast is clear”.

We have to keep our plans secret even if our intentions are known, and that way we expect to progress more quickly. We do move with the times, and because we are very flexible is why, generally speaking, it is best that we do not commit ourselves to exact dates. However, there will be a time once the dark Ones are out of the way, when we shall be more forthcoming as we would like to keep you in the know and involve you in our activities. It is after all, your Earth, your cycle of Duality and your Ascension, and we want you to be every much involved right through to the end times.

Some matters involve high technology and are presently too advanced for you to have much input, so there will be exceptions. In the future many of you are going to join the Galactic Federation in their work, so it is only right that you start to involve yourselves with us. We would go as far to say that is why you are here today, and have been prepared for such work.

The dark Ones may have been very clever or should we say crafty in fooling you for so long, but as Beings of Light you will not be in the least affected by their actions anymore. As with any soul, you leave yourselves open to the lower vibrations when you focus too much on their fear-laden activities, so, yes, be aware of what is going on but quickly move on and leave it in the past.

The times you are in are so volatile and yet when you stand back they can be so interesting. They are showing you what happens when you lose your way, and forget that you are of the Light. Whilst it was known that you would drop down into the lower vibrations, the extent to which you would cut yourself off from your true selves was unknown. That was up to each individual and clearly some would fall further than others.

What is amazing is your progress since Beings of Light were sent to Earth to help lift you up again. In a mere two centuries you have succeeded in creating a wonderful grid of Light around the Earth, and its presence has helped transmute much of the darkness that existed. This again has had the affect of reducing the power of the dark energies, and helped release people from their hold. It has been a great effort and success that is due to your bold intent to establish the Light once more on Earth.

From where we are above you and looking down upon your beautiful Earth, we are saddened to see the extent of the damage that has taken place. Mother Earth was once the Garden of Eden and one of the most beautiful planets in the Universe. With your help, we can undo all of the damage and make good everything so that it is restored to how it was in the very beginning.

From there we will go further and add whatever resonates with you to make it into a wondrous planet that will be the jewel in the crown of God. Believe us Dear Ones, you will have no limitations placed upon you, and how happy and joyous we will all be.

It is important to say to any potential first-time readers who may find their way to this blog that 'disclosure' is referring to the knowledge and existence of civilizations and technologies beyond Earth origin. 

What is known as 'soft disclosure' has been underway for awhile, but especially within the last months or so.  The people of the world are being slowly introduced to the fact that we are not alone in the Universe.  There have been both good and not-so-good members of our galactic families around and on Earth.  This information has been kept hidden from the masses - but not any more.

The not-so-good members have been contributing to the groups of humans who have been responsible for the enslavement of humanity through numerous institutions of leadership, governments, religion, media and education.  This also includes the banking system and the criminally fraudulent 'legal' system.

As you are hopefully now witnessing, these structures are beginning to collapse.  The good members of our galactic families have been here assisting Earth but also assisting those within humanity who are ready to live in a peaceful, more loving and LIFE-honouring way. There are bigger changes taking place right now than most people will be able to grasp right now, but this will be revealed in the very near future, and everything will be made known.  Those responsible for the enslavement of humanity will have to be held accountable for all that they have done. 

Sources from numerous international intelligence groups and branches of military in various countries have apparently already begun a campaign of arresting high-level people associated with these groups. For a period of time, there will be some chaos, as the lower members continue to act out of fear, until they realize that they have no choice but to surrender.

It is a time for international peace.  It is time for the people of Earth to realize that we are not alone, and that we are very soon to become galactic citizens, with privileges that most can only dream about at this time. 

However, with this comes a condition, and for many it will be extremely hard.  It requires humans to choose to live with greater love, compassion, forgiveness, peace and forgiveness in one's heart.  It requires a commitment to be in service to Self, to others, to our planet, and very soon to our larger family that exists beyond Earth.

In the coming times, there may be disruptions, as those seeking to keep their control attempt to bring more people back into fear.  Fear is their tool of control and enslavement, as is debt. 

There are over 6000 patents on technologies that have been kept hidden from humanity.  Among these technologies are those that can clean water and air as well as improving and/or replacing many current industries that have profited from technologies that have been polluting and destructive to humanity and our planet. 

Be open to seeing a new world at this time!  I promise you that there are solutions that can make our world better in a SIGNIFICANTLY shorter time than continuing along the path of the old paradigm.  In fact, with the old paradigm, you would never have seen the new beautiful Earth that is beginning to unfold!

Stay calm, stay in love, and stay in service to humanity, our planet and our galactic families!  Whatever short period of disruptions we may go through as the elitist cabal members are finally rounded up will be worth it to enjoy a world where everything is clean and free for all humans to enjoy!

Our galactic family members have begun increasing their displays, even within the first two weeks of this new year!  This is to send a message to the elitist cabal members that their time of control is at an end, but it is also a message to the people of the world, that IF there was any negative intention behind their actions, they could have acted on it LONG ago, but have chosen to act according to Divine Law.  They want to work with us, and so WE must also make a stand for truth, for true peace, and not this fake peace that institutions of leadership have been trying to sell to the world.  Our globally-focused desire for freedom is being answered with the assistance now being to Earth by the honourable members of our galactic families.  We will be meeting them soon, and all will be revealed about all that has happened, the truth behind those who controlled/enslaved us and why.  We will find out that our history is not what has been taught to us, and that we are part of something infinitely bigger than we have known, but will soon discover.

Disclosure is not to be feared, despite messages that elitists and mainstream media may still try to put out. Look into your hearts and you will know the truth to this.  A wonderful new world awaits, but in order for this to come, the remnants of the old system must be removed, and humans must be willing to choose LIFE-paths of greater love, peace, compassion and service to LIFE.

The revelation soon to befall your world will alter your course of history, there is no doubt of this. The revelation that a world is not alone in the universe will have vast sweeping effects of change everywhere, and not a soul incarnate in your world will not be affected in one way or another by these changes. What must come to pass is presently being discussed at the highest levels of your world governments, behind closed doors and through emissaries to the various other governments around the world. As time draws closer to the inevitable, your leaders are aware that they cannot stop the tide of Disclosure sweeping over your planet. They know that they will either be swept away by this tide or they must decide to take the reins and make Disclosure their own. Their ability to waffle on this topic amazes even us as we see them fight among themselves for a common ground. Once reached, someone inevitably backs off and the process starts all over again. We wait in the background for what must be done, if not done so by your own people.

News will reach you shortly about a “new” scientific development in the field of what you have termed zero point energy systems. It will be touted as theoretical, but in reality it is a functioning model of a real energy device created a long time ago and only now being released. There will be interesting developments in your legal field over patent protections. The “news" of this breakthrough will be carefully monitored by those in power to determine what type of impact such a disclosure makes upon the people as a whole.

The Queen of England has ceded control over a faction of the Illuminati to a group over which our allies have “consulting” privileges. This means, in the longer term, that this faction will be more amenable to the changes necessary to effect Disclosure and the release of the cabal’s hold over the people. This was a negotiated “peace” that came about after many, many months of positioning on all sides. We are confident that this is another roadblock successfully removed towards the inevitable.

You will have noticed a slight decrease in the sightings of late although those sighting that have made it to your news have been of a more spectacular nature. This is about to change. We are now in another stage of the Disclosure process wherein the revealing of our craft to you will become more pronounced.

A major meeting of all factions of the Federation has recently been held. This was a very big event, not only in numbers but also in importance. It was the final preparation meeting of all involved to go over every detail of the coming events, including the political, social, religious, emotional, mental, and physical ramifications of Disclosure. This meeting was held aboard one of our great spacers, a living machine so large as to dwarf your understanding of construction. Although the physical space was not really necessary to this process as we have telepathically discussed much of these issues, from time to time, we convene physically to resolve issues better dealt with in that fashion. Among those represented were earth humans, who voiced their opinions about coming events and whose opinions were held in the highest regard.

Although you have been beset with many setbacks over the years, we are excited by the prospects of the coming months and what this has in store for all of us. Bring yourselves to feel once again your excitement for the times in which you have chosen to live and the manner in which you have awoken to the truth. Your thoughts will create waves which will act as beacons for the truth and this truth will return to you powerfully.

There is much “afoot,” as the saying goes, on your world today. Keep your eye on the ball because those who seem of the Light may not be and those who seem to be serving the Illuminati may, in fact, surprise you. We have extended our protection to those who are in most need of it at this time and have stopped massive efforts from the Illuminati to start a major conflict in the cradle of your civilization. They have given us their knowledge and thoughts and we have assimilated those into our overall plan.

Many of your leaders in politics have been mislead into thinking that they still have a “ticket on the boat” when the “end times,” as they have been led to believe, will occur. No-one has informed them that their sanctuaries have been destroyed so they continue to pass legislation destructive to their very families blissfully unaware that the consequences of their actions will be personal. They wrongfully believe they will have a place to go. When they are made aware of the fact that they will suffer along with the masses, their astonishment over the deception perpetrated upon them will rebound to those who created it and you will see the undoing of many of the wrongs started by this very class of people.

The intensity of the drama unfolding on your world will increase exponentially in the coming months. What you thought was an incredible revelation today will be “peanuts” compared to what occurs tomorrow, both in magnitude of event and the intensity of the consequences. Things are unraveling at an unrivaled pace and all according to plan.

We still discuss among ourselves the various technologies that will be released to you upon Disclosure and in what order they should be revealed. While this seems like a small matter to some of you, it is truly important to understand the interconnectedness of the technologies we possess and how they will ultimately affect you. Whether to reveal the technologies that access what you call the “Akashic records” before revealing teleportation devices or in concert with replication machines is no small matter to us. As we have told you many times before, what is planned for you is done so down to the minutest detail and for reasons that, for the most part, will only become apparent after Disclosure.

We say to you, lift up your spirits, be of Light and Joy, for you are all deserving of these feelings. We are forever in awe of your ability to rebound from the darkest places your dimensional reality takes you. It is a feat worthy of your status among us. You are, to us, royalty. Ever since you set out upon your path to Ascension, you have been given every help and encouragement to take up the challenge to decide your own destiny. The fact is you have achieved far more than was initially expected, and you are to be congratulated upon setting up victory over the dark Ones.

We have of course walked the path with you, and because you requested our help we have been able to respond to it. Thus far you were expected to take the major responsibility for achieving success but now we are becoming more involved, as we have our part to play to ensure all is completed as decreed.

Our closeness to you and actions taken on your behalf can no longer be denied, and the time has arrived for our existence to be made known. As you are aware we have our own mission to complete, and the sooner we can come together with you the quicker everything will get underway.

Our allies have been courageous and often risked their lives to achieve their purposes. It will soon pay off as the point has been reached when it will result in a glorious victory, that will take away the remaining bastions of power that the last cabal has relied upon. The final indignity for them will be to lose their financial power which is already being curtailed.

It has always been promised that the wealth of the world would be re-distributed, and so it shall be. Given an even playing field where all countries are solvent and have discharged their debts, that will eventually be written off, you will see the people being brought together and able to have the essential necessities of life. There must be a change to what you have now, where certain countries and people have a disproportionate amount of wealth.

Also, the natural wealth of the land, must be returned to its rightful owners. With it will come a greater feeling of Oneness, and sharing will become the way forward. The whole attitude and approach to money and how it is used will have to change, and current systems will be radically altered to ensure all dealings are based on fairness and open dealings.

As you can imagine once we really get started, the planning is such that you will be reeling at the speed of change. It is possible because the plans have been laid down for a long time, but also consistently reappraised to ensure they meet your needs. Our allies and the Light workers in general are now self assured in their tasks, and becoming bolder where they come across opposition. There is no time for dilly-dallying around and they now know what has to be done.

Many different actions are coming together, and you can expect to see a clear indication of the outcome. Much is currently focused upon financial dealings, and we have made it quite clear that there is no going back to the bad old ways. Be assured within a few months you shall know that to be so.

So be patient and read between the lines when the media picks up on major happenings. For a while there will still be a tendency to hide the true facts, but even that is due to change when we can assure honest journalists that it is safe to report the facts. You have been kept in the dark over so many issues for many, many years but the truth will come out.

You have always been sovereign Beings and due the care and respect that you are entitled to. Instead you have been kept down, and accepted positions that have made you subservient to those who lorded it over you. No one person is any better than another, inasmuch that you are all acting out experiences that you have chosen to speed up your evolution.

When you can start to see others as yourself, the quicker will the Human Race become as One and never again feel separated from each other. After all, despite what some may feel now, there is only the one God of your Universe. In time that truth will be accepted and religious differences will have no reason to be perpetuated. In fact organized religion will fade away and each soul will worship from the temple within. In reality you should not need anyone else to teach you the truth, but in your present situation you have been confused and need guidance.

Fortunately, your intuitive side has developed during the last 10 years, and you are finding it can be trusted to point you in the right direction. However, it does require a totally open mind without a rigid belief system. We know that some souls feel comfortable with what they know now and prefer to be led rather than lead, and they will be left to make their own decision as to when it is time to question their beliefs.

Remember that with hundreds of lives behind you, you have a wealth of experience to call upon and it lies within your subconsciousness. Things such as habits, likes and dislikes all arise from previous lives, and you can see that today if only in people’s choice of clothes and their eating preferences. In other words you are partly molded into what you are now, by memories of recent lives that are close to the surface.

The real you awaits your Ascension and then you will find that you naturally take to life in the higher dimensions. After all, that is where you came from, and duality is but an experiment that was never meant to hold you indefinitely. We would say that you have excelled yourselves by overcoming all of the challenges, and totally deserve to take this opportunity to put it behind you. However, you will always benefit from what you have learnt even if past lives fade into the background.

It is therefore obvious that you are coming out of the illusion of life as experienced, and already living your new vision of yourself as one who is of the Light. As you do so you will disengage from duality, and walk your path as one who has already ascended. It can be done because you have acquired the discipline and strength to push aside the lower vibrations that no longer have any pull upon you. Your presence upon Earth along with others like you gives a boost to those around you, who are calmed and relaxed by your charm and peaceful mien.

We will prevent any attempt to start another war, although there may be some minor skirmishes. Peace is taking over, and will bring a new feeling to everything.
